About The Event
If you have ever wondered about whether to begin yoga, or return to yoga after a gap of many years, or are simply interested in Dru Yoga, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the gentle art of Dru Yoga Therapy with a patient, experienced teacher. Sessions are one hour long, and include Activations (warming up the body through gentle movement), Dru Yoga Energy Block Release sequences (body movements in tune with the breath), plus guided relaxation & meditation. There is plenty of time to absorb the teaching and enjoy learning how to create your own yoga practice. This online class is designed to cater for 40+ to 70+ female participants.
