Online Gentle Dru Yoga 4 week course
Small, friendly group of mixed ages 40s - 70s practicing mindful movement. Gentle, flowing postures with a focus on using the breath to release tension and create positive energy flow. Guided practice from therapist teacher with adaptations to allow access to as many as possible.

About The Event
Gentle Dru Yoga with DRUVA Yoga & Wellbeing Founder Michelle Helstrip is designed to encourage a release of negative stress and encourage a sense of positive energy flow. Using Activations, Energy Block Release sequences, guided breathing and Relaxation practices to create a sense of wellbeing. Please register at least 24hrs before event, as Health Questionnaire to be completed prior to session, to allow Tutor to adapt movements to suit the individual where possible.
