About The Event
Dru Yoga Therapist Michelle Helstrip offers a gentle, meditative session working with breath & body in harmony. Movements designed to release tension, build flexibility and strength using Dru Energy Block Release (EBR) sequences unique to Dru Yoga. Each session ends with breathe & relax. Use your home environment for props - movement can be adapted to accommodate restrictions - we all have individual limitations. Age range 40+ to 80+.
