Experienced Yoga Therapist and Teacher Michelle Helstrip offers you an initial individual assessment prior to the start of a five session therapist-led Dru Yoga-based online 1-2-1 course designed to release & relax tense muscles, followed by strengthening of the deep internal muscles to encourage your body to reset itself. You will learn specific techniques to aid relaxation, and be provided with an indepth home programme to follow. A commitment to a daily home practice is required.
