Take this opportunity to 'begin at the beginning' with a four week course designed to help you understand the many benefits of Dru Yoga, and how you can apply them to your daily life. We will look at spinal movement for maintaining flexibility; breath awareness for tips on how to use breathing techniques to calm the mind; meditative movement to release tension from the body; guided relaxation practices to integrate the class work and to learn how to fully relax.
