Dru Yoga Therapist & Yoga Teacher; Founder of DRUVA
The 'Covid secure' rules regarding meeting in person for sessions remain liable to change at short notice, but while possible I will continue to offer tuition outdoors, as the benefits of Dru yoga are increased by our interaction with Nature. The vagaries of the British weather do mean that we have to be prepared, but that in itself is part of the beauty of outdoors yoga. I will be offering some group sessions, but my focus remains on 1-2-1.
Personal tuition is the traditional way of offering Yoga, and has many benefits over and above a class environment. If you have never tried a one-to-one session, why not treat yourself? Although the initial cost of the session or sessions may be higher than your usual class fee, you will gain far more, and will be given an individual practice that you can then work on at home. This gives you flexibility as well as expert guidance.
Live online Dru Yoga sessions are proving a hit with those clients who have joined us for our Friday morning sessions. A realtime online class gives you the opportunity to connect with others, building a sense of community. And for first time yogis, a class with a teacher who can guide you is invaluable. Free online videos have their place, but are often not best suited to a beginner. A big welcome to our clients from UK, France and Australia.
'really enjoyed the session'
'brilliant, easy but hard if that makes sense'
'you know that the instructor cares about you and your progress'
