Welcome to the new decade!

What brings you joy and how can you focus more on the positive aspects of your life?

Using specific body/breath movements such as the Dru Yoga heart-opening sequence can help to create long-lasting changes in the body and mind. Practicing a heart-centred meditation helps to bring body, mind and spirit into equilibrium. And understanding more fully the benefits of using an extended relaxation to anchor your experience can bring these positive aspects together into a powerful whole.

Our Valentine’s Day mini retreat explores these positive aspects and offers suggestions for home practice. As always, the morning will be thought-provoking, but full of joy and laughter.

Meet like-minded people, with social time to enjoy tea, plus some lovely chocolate!

I am very pleased to welcome well-loved local yoga teacher Lizzie Ward as co-presenter for this mini retreat. Many of you will already know Lizzie from the classes and courses that she teaches in the Oundle area - we both look forward to seeing you on the 14th.

Namaste

Michelle
