Where to turn to for help - Mental Health support services information

Updated: May 17, 2021

Following on from my Blog about Mental Health Awareness, I felt that it would be useful to gather together a list of organisations that can provide help and support.

It can be difficult sometimes to quickly find the people who can help you in a mental health crisis, so I hope that the following list will prove useful.

The information has come from MIND & other support services.

Most of these organisations also offer advice and support regarding the Coronavirus pandemic and its impact.

You may like to copy this list and keep it safe, in case you or any of your loved ones should need to access a mental health support organisation.
